Well....After polishing all the bright stuff...filling the NOS bottle....filling the tank with 110 race gas....It started to rain here in Charleston SC...I watched Satellite Images and called the strip...no luck...next shot will be nearer home @ the 1/8 mile Greer Dragstrip....maybe next week

Only a guess is around 8 or 9hp....and the Nos can only add 3 or 4hp.....nothing major....but when I reach 1/2 the revs in first gear I hit the nitrous and the engine comes alive...the sound is a HOOT!!!...anyone can hear the difference...and from that time on I brace and stiffen the bars for wheelies in all four gears...about 2 seconds in each gear....

I am working on a spec sheet and 2 sets of pics. One set for sites and mail that can only handle small files and larger ones for those that want to see the details of the assembly and parts. I have a wagon that I take to Charlotte Autofair in the spring and fall and Daytona Turkey run @ Thanksgiving. I haul parts and flea market stuff and beer of course. It is hard to describe. A pic is better. It is aluminum diamond plate, working tailgate, kart rain tires on Douglas rims, mountain bike shocks all around, billet front axle, polished aluminum tailpipes with strobe light inserts, wheelie bars ( real ones ) I forgot to mention a four pole 875 watt transaxle with 24vdc programmable controller. I use a handlebar mounted variable speed throttle that looks like I am pulling it but it is powered...and I can flip down footpega ...sit in it and ride up to 7-1/2 mph....not all day ..but at least 25 miles or so....and the wheelie bars are real for a thrill...the torque will haul me and a matching trailer behind with my son-in-law in it from the backside of the speedway for 2 miles to the truck..

It is a HUAWEI...made in China...90cc..there were a truckload on e-bay last year..none since under this name...however I have seen variations under a different name...mostly kick start and manual clutch...I was close to wanting a real cycle engine with a clutch and stronger bottom end...The clutch might be a thrill if you have good wheelie bars. I thought long and hard on how to kick start one in a BSR chassis...You will see that the stool frame and back tire are in the way....I had a design that would use an extension to reach the kick start shaft and have an arch that would clear the tire...another idea was to cut the kick lever spline hub off the lever and weld it to a small sprocket and reinstall it on the shaft...then fab a jackshaft on the frame forward of that to mount a new kick lever...the drawback is that you need to move the engine to adjust the chain and the jackshaft would have to have slotted mounting also....good stuff..the fun is in problem solving...

I looked for aong time on the internet for anyone with experience in small NOS systems.....the smallest I found were whipped cream cartridge NOS bottles used on small remote control off road trucks...if they could be made to work...then why not a small honda...then I saw Holley dry Sneeky Pete setups $200+....then studied wet over dry....and decided on wet...you get fuel and NOS...that keeps the mixture more balanced when activated ....so...I bought a 1lb bottle on e-bay....the hoses, fogger, jet sets, motorcycle fuel pump, and solenoid valves all from different sources....then installed, plumbed, and wired it.....filled the bottle....did a few test runs....swapped jets only once....now it seems to be dialed in...#16 on fuel ( 110 Octane ) and #12 on NOS.....it hits hard and screams between shifts....wonder how long before she pukes!.....

The top speed is around 45..with or without nitrous....the nitrous just gets me there sooner...I do plan on video...I need my son in law here with his digital camcorder..it makes files that are compatable for attaching to mail. Also I just rebuilt the front axle with more caster to improve straight line stability...it works much better...I will finish replacing the straight alloy bike handlebars with some riser bars for a more upright riding position...I have all my fittings to upgrade the hydraulics to braided stainless this weekend...so...over Christmas I will take some new pics and video so "seeing will be believing".....THANKS

Dixie Karting..Greenville SC..owner was my next door neighbor.....the hangers are used on racing karts and the cassette's are anodized aluminum....also the hanger has 3 sets of mounting holes that allow an inch of height adjustment...

HI...the 2 bushings ( upper and lower ) are Nylon blocks...i drilled them to the ID of my stainless steering shaft ( 3/4" ) and then cut them to shape with a bandsaw...routed the edges....sanded them a little ( Nylon is tough to sand )..and bolted them in place...everyone frets on the steering bushings...they can be almost anything...think about it..the degrees of movement....and it isnt a car you know!...just so it does not bind....and best....so it looks cool....I have a wood ( hickory ) bushing on my wagon..painted black...a drop of oil...and will work as well as teflon...at least for what it needs to be...good luck...thanks for the question...
