Here is a picture of a wagon I am putting together for my daughter. She just turned 2. I am pretty sure she won't care about the big tires, but the other dads on the block will think it's pretty sweet. I lowered it about an inch since these pics were taken and it looks better now. I also have a wagon about 1/2 the size I am going to make a trailer out of to pull a cooler behind it, and also pull behind my barstool. I am going to a swap meet in a couple of weeks to pick up the rear tires.
I know, no motor, but maybe in a few years she can step up to a briggs powered wagon. I won't feel like pulling her around by then anyway. Hell, if I wanted to walk, I wouldn't have put a motor on a barstool.

here is Mya's ride all finished. I got some thinwall 1.25 tubing with 90 degee bends in it, and welded them together to mount the axles in. tires and wheels from a swap meet (8 tires and wheels for $50) I think it turned out pretty sweet. I painted the framework flat black, and am looking for some flame decals for the sides. I put a receiver hitch on it because I have a small wagon to make into a trailer to pull behind it.
