Nice ride ... a lot of detail on it and it all goes together. Good job. Did notice something ... what is that on the axle?? Is it clear tubing with webbing in it? I like the exhaust tip ... might have to borrow that idea ... lol

Thanks!!! The engine was a freebie. We tore it down, cleaned it up, and painted it. Stock Briggs 5hp. Does 20+. It still has the governor on it. I would like to figure out how to take it off and hook up the trottle, but I haven't quite figured that out. So if anyone has directions on the best way. let me know.

thanks for noticing. Yeah a lot of detail went into this one. That may me why it took so long and our wives hate us. =) but it was worth it. So what were you refering 2 "..are those flat head stainless socket heads?" The bolts hold the diamond plate on? Those are flush mounted (counter sinked) stainless allen head.

Thanks man. We custom built the axle aswell. We had some solid 1" hanging around the shop, even put our own keyway in it and everything. Which by the way I don't want to do again... pain in the A$$. We knew the axle would get rusty over time so we put the clear briaded hose over it. Works really well and looks good to.

yeah I really like the Tub frame/Sprint car look. The idea for the next one is "mini-rail Barstool" Full-on real suspension Front and rear. should be crazy!!!
