WOW, congrats,, you have a real nice piece of work there, love the rear tires, seat and overall engineering. You should manufacture them, they might sell like hotcakes.

Ya thats exactly it I took a sting ray and built a rear end for it....ya I built a total of 6 of them for local handicapts...Canadian tire over here has them on sale for less then half price so I bough a bunch of them and modified six I got a **** load of spare parts for them....it cheaper to buy two of thwm then just buy a seperate rear wheel and tire....figure that one out....lol


I have a jig made for them now I build one in about 4 hours...

can you really turn with a flat rear tire like the one on the chopper?

I´d like to build a minibike, I got go kart tires, but I´m worried about stability when turning with a rear flat tire...
