Anyone willing to build me a bar stool?

I want a tandem 2 seat bar stool racer with a 16 to 24 hp v twin engine and big tires like 22 inch golf cart tires. I plan on using a comet CVT transmission and a 5:1 gear ratio. So that should put me right at 50mph top speed

Is there anyone that will/ can build me somthing like this?

Any one close to Albany, GA or Dothan, AL? I can draw plans for it on my cad program.

As far as axle setup and so on i am lost when it comes to this.

Hi I have built a few stools. My last one has a 125cc engine with a 5 speed trans. top speed is unkown, it will do 40mph in 3 rd gear. I can build most anthing you would want. What you are looking for wont be cheep, the engines are pricey. Yor can reach me at Captjima@msn.com
