Pretty fast ride on a untuned motor so far - guessing maybe 30mph as of the 1st test drive, yup... this bitch flies! With the frame mods and the setup, its hard as hell to get up on 2 wheels and/or even a wheelie (thinking this is kinda good). :) Then on the 2nd day... I suddenly develop a WOT issue - smoke, backfire, etc... the clutch hardly engages. Still working that issue.

On another note, what gain do you guy's see from the TAV setup? Low, mid, top... or better thru all of them?

I'm using a MDC 2-disk kart clutch... have 11 tooth sprocket bell installed (12-16 tooth on the shelf) with a 63 rear. I'm hoping for a 40+ mph final speed... maybe 50. muhahahahaaaaa

MY TAV-2 GAVE ME ALOT !!!
I WENT FROM 25 ISH TO 46 MPH ON DIRT !!!
WHEEL STANDS ARE ALMOST TO EASY.
WHEELIE BARS ARE A MUST !!!
PLUS I WAS ABLE TO GO FROM A 70 REAR SPROCKET TO A 40 ISH SPLIT SPROCKET.

I took the head off and found a bit of oil burnt everywhere. Figured it was just due to age, then I turned the crank a bit and pushed the piston down - whaa... the front/back slop was silly!

I've been thinking about a TAV for a while, but at this point probably something on the next rev. No room either as 14" is almost gone by the engine, tank, and drive system crammed in.
