hi im running a sprocket with a #35 chain on a 6,5 HP engine but the chain rattle is kinda loud. i was wondering if i would fix this with a pulley system.

Is it chain rattle or cheap clutch rattle you are hearing. Because using a better clutch will help that but obviously a tav2 would be better, but it still uses chain aswell.

The smart answer is yes. Comet does make a belt drive centrificul clutch so I guess it would be possible to build a belt drive system.

The smart asz answer is you need a louder exhaust pipe.

hey its becuase the sprocket and hub i recieved are not perfectly aligned and there is about a milimeter of wobble around the sprocket teeth when it is turning. i was worried that this might be really dangerous apart from the obvious wear that would occure so yeah... any insight to this situation?
