I have an idea

Well I don't know about you guys but I live in a very wet and rainy city (Seattle). I thought it would be cool to put sort of a mini heater inside of the barstool seat as a butt warmer run by either an alternator or battery. However I can't find any "mini-heaters". Anybody have an idea?

Find a seat warmer from an automotive car seat. 12volts, what else do you need?

Find a fork lift mechanic in your area. He can get resistors that act as heaters on lift truck components. Or......Email me your address and I will send you a couple.
