I'm in the process of building a bar stool racer and I'm at the stage where i need to figure out my gearing. Now I have a 5hp honda and comet racing clutch, what I need to know is what size back sproket I should run. I kinda want the best of both worlds, now I'm not a big guy 5'10" and 160lbs, And the bar stool racer is gonna be close to about 80lbs finished with 11" tall back tires. thanks, Justin

You did not mention the size of your engine, but with a TAV, you could go with a smaller sprocket.

What do you mean by a Comet Racing Clutch? Is it a TAV or an actual high end racing clutch?
Thanks,
