Welding Help in Northern Virginia

Hello All. I really want to build one of these things. I went to my first Shriner convention in Virginia beach last weekend and saw these things. I thought they were pretty slick. I currently drive a little orange corvette for the shriners in Virginia. I think it would be cool to add one of the BSR =) Any how, the problem is I don't know how to weld. I've taken go karts apart before, so I think I can put it all together. I just need help welding. Do any of you guys live here in Northern Virginia?

Sorry, Noble, I'm in Oklahoma. Check with some of your fellow Shriners I'm sure one of them knows how to weld.

Hi I'm fixing to open a shop at my house I use to teach welding.I do x-ray pipe welding and R,U, stamp code welding on high pressure vessels.I will do some welding on making some of these frames in spare time.
