Hello, Does anyone know what kind of computer program to get to make plans and where would be the best place to get it. Mike, I know you use one what kind is it and where could I get one? Thanks bsr buddies! :wave:

Try autodesk inventor 8, 9 or 10.
Solidworks 2003, 2004, and 2005
both are very good programs with all youll ever need.
you can also try unigraphix which is the standard program for automotive design. You can buy them or maybe look for them in other places 8-).

:lush: I just got Auto Cad 2004 and it seems to have plenty of drawing power for plans :lush:

The program is called desing cad 3D. It work awsome Ya can get a free copy if ya have Bear share. It sorta work like corel draw....Extemlly easy to use... The design cad 3D V.15. Is the best and newest one....It also come with the serial......Let me know what ya think....

Hey Moto1,

I use Turbo CAD Designer 9. It is a scaled down Turbo CAD made easy to use for beginners. You can purchased it at Office Depot for around $30 - $40.

There is some learning you will have to do, it is not going to make the drawings for you. You still have to select which tools like Line Tool, Circle Tool, etc. and then you can then use a grid and draw in real dimensions.
