David, I used 3/4 " black pipe from home depot, I prob should have used something lighter but home depot was closer...lol If I remember correctly I used about 10' or so, the steering uprights are from 1/2" pipe all other parts for the drive train were from a local gocart shop...

lol ok. I like your design. Its simple but looks really good. However what im worried about is warping. I live in the country and the main thing it will see is dirt. I would also like to build a trailor to pull coolers and small tools. Do you think that 3/4 is thick enough to hold the weight ang the conditions? Thanks.

Well it's been awhile since my last post, but I had an owner of a scooter store check out my bsr and ask me to make him a few so he could sell them in his store. Whats the going rate for these things now days? When i built this back in 07 they were going for $2200 or so, is that still the case?

I have done the math and I won't spend a thousand on mine by the time it's finished. The only thing that was given to me was the actual barstool and I don't plan on taking any shortcuts either...meaning I plan on getting 300 dollar tires and rims and buying a TAV and I already bought the blue honda clone.

Hey Mudboger, Can you give me the general dimensions of your wheelie bar? I really like the look of it and want to build something similar, if you don't mind.
