Hello all,
First off, I originally bought #35 chain, sprocket, TAV2. Now I am thinking that I need a # 41. I am big guy 295lb, and have a 60T sprocket. Should i run it and try it, or switch over. Will the TAV2 allow me to switch the sprocket size to #41 chain size, without any other mods?
Ia m running a 6.5 Honda Clone, with an NR Rev kit, and drive most everything pretty hard. Will the #35 chain withstand wheelies, etc. or will I just tear it up, and take other parts with it?
Second, Should I go to a 53T or maybe lower with the TAV2, or anyone have a personal recommendation?

Thanks,
Travis Nelson

Hey Travis;

I am new to this also, but I just purchased the Tav2 with the 40/41 chain size. I figured the stronger, the better. This all taking into account that you A*& is sitting 3 ft above the ground if the chain fails.

Another thing I would consider would be the NR modifications your are doing. I have the same clone engine for my stool, and am also planning on installing the NR stage 2 system. With the extra power, the larger chain is nice security.

Good Luck!
