Have you though about Powder Coating...Looks great and is a very hard finish...I had the headers on my Cobra coated and after almost 3 yrs. and 6,000 miles they still look like new....Also very affordable. Snakester:cheers:

Search on Ebay. I have seen some on there before. Recoil, Fan Housing and the cylinder cover...Good Luck.
