Hello does anyone know where I can find the same tires that are on the Pro Street Bar Stool Racer? Barstoolracersupply.com doesnt sell then do they?

what you want to do is just get your exact rim size and look for dirt tires or grooved tires, depending on what your looking for. Below is tmkartsupply and they have quite an array of tires. good luck

The rims and tires you are looking for can be gotten from http://APSKarting.com. If you purchased the plans for the Pro Street Cruiser, in the back there is the parts list with the actual APS Karting part numbers for both the rims and tires.
