it works as a pinch set up and you will also need key way to stop them spinning on the axles

A keyway is a longditudinal groove (slot)in the axle, with a matching sized slot in the hub ,usually something like 1/8" deep x 1/8" wide . The 'key'(apiece of steel that fits exactly into the 'way')protrudes out and fits in the key way of the hub .Hope this helps! really needs a pic to explain !

Measure the slot in the axle. Then go to lowes, home depot, or a metal supply shop. They will have it. You will need about 12", enough for the rear hubs, rear brake hub, and sprocket hub for the chain drive. the key stock should be as long as the hubs are wide. Let me know if this helps.

I'm thinking that guy was in the wrong post. He was goin on about mounting a tire to a wheel, you were tryin to figure how to mount a hub. When mounting a tire, it does take some force, a wheel hub just takes a little thought (brain).
Just an observation on my part, I didn't see any need for such language
