I fought with this myself....Here's what worked for me after solicitingciting
help from others and info on the net....
Heat the tire in the oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes
Put outer surface of rim on protective surface facing the ground
Push tire on rim at about a 45 degree angle on top of rim , rotating it as your force it on the rim
Once you do the first bead, postion the tire again at 45 degrees and working or rotating it on the rim
The trick for me was heating the tire up before mounting it........
Hope this helps.......

i used dish soap. o it just glides right on there like a glove i just put a bunch of soap all over the edge of the inside and all around on the sides and then put some on the rim edges then just uses some muscles and give her a push once you get it on there just fill her up untill you like pop the bead thing (getting it on there the tire said to not go over 40 psi but we went up to about 45 -50 untill it fit then just wash the soap off

mine required inner tubes and were two piece rims, just put each side of the rim in the side of the tire and bolt em together, worked well for me
