OK people this is my start. I named my BSR "Frankenstool" because it is made from the parts of dead go-carts, tillers, 4 & 3 wheelers and an old dirt bike. So give a minute of slince for those that past away to be rebourn as Frankenstool:laughing: .
Here is a shot of one of the dead go-carts a guy gave me. Hope this works.

Here is Frankenstool's engine on a home made test stand. Note the Honda 250cc carb and frabicated intake. The test stand is the rear of an old go-cart with two 1/2" square tubes welded to it with a cross bar for the gas tank.

As you see in the picture of the parts there is a Corvette. That's where all of my money went. So Frankenstool has got to be cheap. Now that I am a poor man, poor men have poor ways. Here I will list the parts and price so far.
Frame material: 1 1/4" square tubing - 12 feet so far: $14.87
Rear wheels: Free - dead go-cart found a City dump
Drive sprocket, brake drum and rear bearing holders - free from same
go-cart as above
Rear tires and tubes: $47.83
Front rims, front stearing arms, steering tie rods, brake and gas pedals: Free - dead go-cart, the one shown all cut up in above post
Rear axle, hyd disk brake, steering wheel: Free - from trade with local repair shop guy who had all kinds of parts lying around.
Rear bearings: Free - from another shop where I was asking around and he had them and never used them. Said he would rather see me use them than throw them away.
Engine - Free - Rebuild gaskets and rings for engine $30.12
Heat paint for engine - Free - I had it laying around the shop.
Clutch for engine: Free had it around the shop.
Bar Stool: Free - dad saw it at Wal-mart and picked it up for me and then would not let me pay him back for it because of all the work I did putting on his 4 degree triple tree on his harley trike.
So I guess I have got less that $100.00 in it so far. Tonight I start welding the frame togeather. So what do ya'll think. Am I headed in the right direction? I will have to fabricate some axle hangers tonight also.
Thanx in advance for looking.

Work goes on. Here is a pict of Frankenstool with the barstool holders on and stool inserted. The rear axle hangers are welded into place. They were frabricated from 1/4 inch thick steel I had around the shop. The bearing holders are from one of the dead go-carts.

I just welded a frame togther and I used .035 Flux Core on the rear hangers and it turned out awesome for using that type of wire. I wished I had taken a few photos of the welds.

Here are up dated pictures of "Frankenstool". He now has four wheels on the ground. No steering system yet. The motor & mount are just sitting in place. I have to wait and get the chain to line everything up then I will weld eveything down. I used a lazer level to square up the front axle to the frame. I used "C" clamps and wood to hold everything where I wanted it and then tacked it into place.:smash:
