I am just starting to build a wing for my barstool after the new motor transplant, only twist is i am using lexan!

what do you guys think?

Very R/C Car like. You could probably look at the Team Losi Cars to get a few ideas. :thumb:

i pretty much have the idea all planned out, i made it out of cardboard to check the design, once my uncle finishes bending the centre piece in a break it should be good to go

Never thought you could "step brake" lexan... That is pretty slick!!! What type of mounts are you going to use?

just a couple flat bars, they should be mounted in the next few days then i'll get more pictures

haha yeah, it gives it a decent sound too.. i found it in my machine shop class and fabbed it up, it is held on with set screws so i can remove it also

thanks guys. i was originally going to use sheet metal or some aluminum but my dad said he had lexan and i figured it would be something new that i had never seen before so i went n got er done haha

very cool wing. i used to work with lexan alot. you can put it in a brake and bend it completly over and wont brake dont try with plexyglass though.

looks pretty good, didn't know you can bend lexan like that. Love the fart can you got on there. A functional with a little funkshui
