Hi there.
New to the site.

Just found this on the weekend after a group of local guys decided we're going to build some of these for parade use.

I've ordered Mike's Classic Cruiser plans and will start sourcing parts soon for fabrication.

Does anyone know of one or more Canadian cart parts suppliers?

I'd prefer to deal with businesses on this side of the border simply because of the cost of international shipping and dealing with customs and brokerage.
Where necessary, I'll buy 'across the line' but would prefer to get as much on this side as possible.

Check at Princess Auto they got everything but thr nice chrome go cart wheels and slicks. for the axle just go to a local machine shop and buy shafting and get the key way cut in it , You might get lucky they might even have some already done.

That was someplace that was at the top of my list.

I did find a clone engine supplier in little old Dauphin here.

P3 is the manufacturer.
This local auto parts dealer was bringing in large quantities of Ducar but there was no distributor in Canada and they were bringing stuff into the country by the container load. They've decided that isn't worth the trouble.

They've found a distributor in Winnipeg bringing in P3 engines, pressure washers, gen sets etc that has a comparable price with a warranty center in Winnipeg.

So, my engine decision is made.

I'll have to make a trip to Brandon to hit Princess Auto for the majority of the other parts.
