Spindle Length?

How long should the spindles be for the Classic Cruiser plan?

I've found a Canadian source but don't know which length to buy.

I used the 4 1/2 " on mine

4-1/2 is what we have here. Now you may be able to use a shorter one, maybe a 4" because there are some threads left over or possibly a longer one like a 5".

Just remember we recommend a 1-1/2 spacer on the backside of the hub, and then you need to measure the thickness of your wheel hub and leave an additional 1 inch for threads and the lock nut.

I used there drawing and made my own . Ya they are faily cheap to buy but where is the fun in that .
