Still have not finished up the Kooler Kart, but spring is coming and it is ready for paint, so all I need is a little motivation.
here is a video of the build so far along with some drinking music.

OK. Two things. First, where did you find that music? Awsome! Second, do you have a plan you are following? I would like to get e copy of both the music and the plan.

The music is from PSYCHOSTICK ,BEER IS GOOD.
No I did not have a plan, well not someone elses plan. I did the frame design based on what I needed to attach the cooler, and based on my original barstool racer.
This frame is made from 1" OD round tubing. (actually 3/4" gaspipe) cheap and heavy enough to get the job done.
Here is a video of my Dad riding the old barstool (dad was 77 when this was made)

Geeez, nice work dude. I like the green tav and engine. Are you going to use a cooler or the keg?

Kripe Im not sure which to use. At first my idea was to use the keg, but it is in pretty bad shape, lots of dings and dents that wont pound out without slicing the keg in half and pounding tit from the inside.
So then I scored the vintage metal cooler from craigslist for $20. It is a 1974 Coleman (Koleman to stick with the theme) in perfect condition with the original cardboard box. I want to repaint to with a true fire theme.

And then......I found another victim.. A 1958 Kronstrom aluminum Kooler that I polished up and may use it for a while.
The real challenge is to come up with a kooler mounting system that will allow me to securely anchor the kooler to the frame without hacking up either of these antique koolers. I do have a method to mount either kooler or kegger so I could always switch them out to keep it interesting.
I am painting the frame kandy tangerine orange over gold metalflake to compliment the lime gold engine with the same leapord skin fabric seat like the old barstool.
