I'm not sure is anyone is intrested in one of these, but I would consider building one for you if you were. The only thing you would need to do is weld the bracket to the rear of the frame, and paint the assembly what ever colors you want them to be.
I could probably create a bolt on setup as well if requested. The price for one would be around $100.00 complete.
