hi, I've been keeping an eye on this forum and checking out the different types of barstool racers, wagon thingos and cooler racers. You guys a totally nuts..........that's why I've decided to join you. I've started my variation of the theme, a unit specially built for my handicapped friend who with MS isn't able to use a lot of the fun toys we all take for granted. Unable to balance too well they'd have trouble with the barstools height so I've varied it by using a folding boat seat, I call it "The CHAIRiot". Similar to the barstool but a bit more stable and lower, bit like a wheel chair with attittude. It's got a honda clone 110cc industrial motor, modded with motorcycle carb a bigger exhaust, equiped with electric start to make it easier for them, cetrifugal clutch, the usual go kart rims but with wet tires for better off road grip, pit bike disc brake with hand lever control and we're trying an experimental dual control lever steering system. Should be an interesting combination of ideas, I'll get some pictures and put them up for all.
