Hey Guys just wanted to let you know about the crazy charges that BMI is stinging us for. Dont know if this is new news or what but just the other week I ordered a set of wheels from BMI. And with in a few days I realized Id return for refund as they where not needed. Called them up got a return number and sent them back in a box.
About a week and half goes by and I see no credit to my card and so I give them a call and was told that I would be charged 30% for return fee. Arguing that I was not told this previously.
Keep this in mind if you are ordering from them. This is the crazy return policy;
Returns: All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. 15% if exchanged for replacement parts. Permission to return any UNUSED item must be requested within 7 days from the invoice date and is subject to our approval. We do not take returns on any electrical parts.
This is just nuts....half the time you would not even recieve your parts with in 7 days and at a cost of 15% for an exchange.
Just my rant for the day. Ill be shopping with other companies from now on.
