Ok, I Put a Differentioal on My BSR I am currently building,
I had to cut down the axel on both ends quite a bit. it was pretty long.
No way to put the axel nuts on now.
I was going to use a collar on both sides of the hub,(pre mounting the hub). The problem is getting the rim over the little pat of the collar hex head that sticks out, and it is a pain to put the collar on with the wheel mounted, ( getting that little hex wrench and my large hand in the rim to tighten it on is a total "PITA" ( PAIN IN THE A$$). I thought about putting a knotch in the rim to get over the hex head, but I realy don't want to do that.
............Any sugestions?:dizzy:

Honestly, you don't need them. When you tighten down the hubs, be sure to use some Loctite 242 on the allen screws and the hub has enough holding power to prevent slipping.

I run mine like this all the time. I weigh 225 lbs, ride on the side to wheels all the time, run wide open down the street around the curves and ride wheelies and I have never had a hub slip.
