I am at the very end of my project and i need some tips on cutting metal or alum. for my wing. I konw that they make sheirs but all the ones ive seen always kink the metal. Im looking for a clean cut. And plasma cutters are nice but i move too much. If anyone can reccomend something that would be great.

I used my circular saw with a fine took blade made for cutting plastic and "metal". Usually used to cut aluminum siding. It cuts straight and faster than a saber saw.
I made the aluminum " wing thing" using this method.

Great tip Devin.
It is always difficult dealing with aluminum if you don't have all the tools and make it look like it was made in a factory.
The wing looks good, I like all the burnishing, great job.
