building another racer

I'm building another racer and cant find 1" solid rear axle with a keyway the full length. I dont want to go with the threaded ends. can anyone tell me where to get one. seems ive looked everywhere. Thanks

Any of the larger bearing supply houses will sell you the shaft you are looking for. I can't remember how much they charged me but I think it was like $5 a foot..........Terry
