After having used one down at a buddy's shop, I would love to have a new Miller 252. In the course of shopping for a welder of my own, I have come across this.....http://www.everlastgenerators.com/Power%20I-MIG%20205-384-pd.html.... I am curious if anyone has had any experience with this welder, or this company? I've read mixed reviews on both, but Ive also read mixed reviews from other forums about Miller welders too. I would try to get an opinion from the local welding supply, but they closed for a week for a vacation......must be nice. Any insight?

I've been using a Miller DVI for the past 5 years and have had ZERO problems. That's with flux core and the MIG functions, from 18 gauge sheetmetal up to 1/4" steel. I'd like to get a 252 myself, but just can't justify the $$ for a auto hobbiest. The DVI is great as it can be used with 115v or 220v, making it usable in a variety of locations. Bought mine thru www.cyberweld.com (http://www.cyberweld.com) and they offer free shipping. My local welder supply store couldn't come close on the price... HTH!
