Hello, My first Heart attack was at age 44, second at 45, third and fourth at 46 and this last one at 47. I have had a total of 5 stints and last October a quad bypass. I have had 3 different cardioligists, I am on 13 different meds at a cost of around 2400.00 a month. They are keeping my blood pressure at around 100 over 60. NO ENERGY!!! Maybe I should just hook up the Nitrous to me and and go out in a flash LOL::hot: Any way thanks for the encouragement!

Wow, This has to have been one of the most incredible theads I have read, Steering geometry & Heart attacks. My Father died from a heart attack about 12 years ago, I have been in the Navy now for 17 years, so I got the call at my command, had to jump on a plane and fly from VA to MO. in a moments notice. Durring the flight back to St. Louis, I thought about the last time I saw him alive, I rememberd that he actually gave me a hug, something he hadn't done since I was a little kid, of course that when it hit me and I lost it, a young sailor on a plane full of strangers.
Now that Im getting older, I think about my oun kids, I give them a hug every day. I put myself on a health life style since the 1st of Jan 06, lost 23 lbs in the last 28 days, I gave up Pepsi and fast food. Now if I could only quit smoking.
Im not trying to get mushy or dwell on my oun mortality, but Im getting ready to deploy ,for the next year I will be gone more than I am home, working one of the most dangerous places on earth, The Flight Deck of an Aircraft Carrier, and you never know when your time is up.

So moto1fast and Terry Skinner and everyone else Stay in the best healh you can, But have fun, Im sure I will have a chance to check in once in a while.

My wife is so NOT thrilled we are pulling out ( deploying ) CVN 72 on feb 13, a day befor valentines day. So I got to do something for her early.

I have seen a VW bug go off the cats, it was pretty cool.
I wish I could take my BSR on the flight deck. But that would go over like a fart in church.
But I like the tail hook Idea, Maybe I will desighn a theme BSR Navy, I will have some time to kill, working 12 hours a day 7 days a week, I should find a spare moment or two. LOL

In 1969 I was putting myself thru school with the help of GI bill and wrenching in a motorcycle shop....A guy brought a new Honda 750 chopper ( back then guys thought you could chop a Honda...little did they realize how stupid it looked...look now and see how many chops are not Harley )..well every removable part...covers...bars...handlebars...pegs..levers...rods...linkage...was patterned hex stock...polished...stainless...you could not even buy for harleys...looked major cool......he was a Navy machinist on a sub tender...built all of the parts while @ sea........cool.......I would spend all my tax dollars on more stainless...for more machinists...to have fun in their spare time......at least take some good pics with you on the ship.....lets see...ship...boat...well my son in law can call his a boat cause its a sub...you can't call your a boat.....all I remember is " THIS IS A RIFLE...AND THIS IS MY GUN....THIS IS FOR KILLING AND THIS IS FOR FUN"....so much for that.....SMOKUM IF U GOTTUM...
