includes:
frame
steering (does not include handle bars)
motor mount
and maybe some tires and wheels (not hubs) if the price is right stool not included

best offer not sure what it would be worth but i'm thinking about making something different with the motor.

Hey Bedam08, you can buy a set of plans off this site, which are great plans, or from Ebay. Get friendly with a retired welder or welding shop and get them to build one for you.
I know the have go kart racing in Aussie, all shifter karting, so the parts are available.
Where in Aussie do you live? I might be able to set you up with some links to local tracks and kart shops.
