Is there a site to buy the stabalizer bars that go from the bar stool to the upward steering shaft frame(hope this makes since)? I build custom steering bars and they have a lot of play in them. Thanks for any help!

There is no site to my knowledge that sells the steering support bars that you want.
Lowes has a isle that has nuts and bolts and strange fittings. You will find a bushing in that isle that is 5/8"x7/8"x1-1/2" long, Hillman part# 880422, this is perfect for a steering bush and can be welded to the top and bottom of your steering shaft support, taking out all the play.
You could build your own braces and use lead weight brackets to clamp to your steering shaft and bar stool.

Here is a link to a site that sells a BSR kit that has the bars on it that you need, it may give you some ideas on how to strengthen your steering shaft.
