6.5 Honda Clone Carb Problem

I have a brand new Harbor Freight 6.5 clone and I'm having problems with the carb. When its cold it starts up alright with the choke closed. Once it warms up and I start opening the choke it dies, it will only run with the choke in the half way position. Any ideas? :eek2:

When an engine shows these symptoms, it is usually a sign that there is a vacumn leak between the manifold and the cylinder, or between the manifold and the carburettor.
An easy way to check this is to start the engine and lightly spray engine start around these areas and if the engine increases in rpm, then it will show exactly where it is leaking.
Tighten all bolts up, or pull apart and use clean grease on both sides of the gasket to guarantee a good seal.
