hi, I not to be spoken inglish :( I want to buy complete wheels of measures 11x8-5 where I can buy them? as it is its price?

What you listed is 11X8X5. The 11 is the outer diameter of a tire not a wheel. The 8X5 part is easy. Here is a link to one of the best kart shops online:
