Rim And Hub Question

The rear axles on these bsr with douglas go cart rims have me in a bind. How the hell do the hubs hook to the axle?? Are the hubs keyed and then have a bolt that squeezes the hub to the axle and it says there??

THEN.... on the front, the spindle pin sticks out and is threaded. Where do i get the hubs to hook the little douglas wheels to the spindles.

Im trying to start a build here and want to get this all in my head first. Any pics will be apprecuated of these areas.
