Got my twin 340cc kawi eng....vid and ???

I got this on e-bay. I got it for a good price. Big problem though. The person who shipped it did not pack it good enough for the monkey's who handle it. They must have dropped it. It cracked the lower case. I can TIG it, but it is just a PITA.
Anyway, as you can see in the vid, the clutch works. When I build my cart can I get a cog style belt and axle pulley so I can run a belt or should I just get a tork-a-verter. If I can use a belt where is the best place to get a pulley for the axle. The bore of the pulley does not matter cause I can machine spacers/adapters and such for it. Now I am ready to start building. I am having a buddy re-fresh the carbs cause he is an ATV guy.

That is going to be a crazy ride. I have a tork-a-verter for a snowmobile here...just need an engine..

Are you going to build the barstool to fit around the engine?

Where did you get it. How much, part number and what size shaft is it for.
I do not really know what I am going to build yet. I was thinking a wagon like
Monkey-1. Post a pic of your torq a verter if you could. Thanks.
