That looks awesome. What engine are you using. Any reasons on mounting the engine the way you did? If you could mount it the other way you would have a lot more exhaust clearance of the stool. JMO. Looks good!!!

Killer stool man. Is that the battery box between the rotor and sprocket? What size of sprocket do you have on the axle? I think Rubicon is running a 44 tooth and I have a 44 tooth on mine. Just a suggestion on the brake, I would get rid of te mechanical caliper and upgrade to a hydraulic set up. They do cost a little more but there well worth it if you need the extra braking capability. It looks great though, I wish that I had an electric start on mine, have been thinking of a motor swap to get the elctric start.

Oh one more thing, that's the same exact stool that I have. Warpaint made his one cover for his stool and I think I'm going to try and recover mine, I nicked mine in a few spots during the build.

Extreme clean design..the thought in the details shows....I was wondering when someone would join me with a cycle engine with transmission....If you ever get the itch for nitrous...I know someone that can help>>>> GOOD STUFF

thanks to all, im glad you all like it. to answer some qusetions, the frame is 42in long 14in wide. 38in to outside of tires (front and rear). i have a 13 tooth driver and a 35 tooth driven. yes that is the battery box on the back, it is tig welded stainless, same as the tank and the exhaust body.

Hey Red, let me know how the 35 tooth sprocket works. I'm debating wether to regear mine while I have it apart to install the hyd. brakes.

the steering stem is (1 5/8'' od), (1 3/8'' id) i had some left over tube from a roll cage i put in last summer. with some minor modification to the tube, i put a couple of 5/8'' X 1 3/8'' front wheel bearings inside, to have the steering shaft ride smoothly on bearings.

Well...If any of you have read my "Brag Thread" you will see what a 90cc will do with 14/44 gears ....on Nitrous.....31mph.....thru the timing lights....At one time I was trying hard to find a engine sprocket to take me to 15/16 or so...but no one was interested in helping me do the search.....I know the engine could handle the torque....but what would the damage be if it did not handle at speed.....better safe I guess......

Looks cool man, great fab work. Are you going to leave the shifter like in the first set of pics? One more ?, on your tank, by the pics it looks like the bolts are straight on the back of the tank? Just from exp., I mounted one like that and from the vibration it cracked the tank. It's going to be a killer ride! Keep the pics coming.

Looking good Redneck! I like the bumpers as well. Are the rear bars for wheelie wheels? looks like you are going to miss out on riding wheelie's, but it sure will leave hard.

yes, the bars on the back are for a wheelie bar set-up that was not finished at the time that i took the pictures
I am leaving the shifter basicly the way it is for now, i wanted that moto feal to it.
There are small brackets i welded onto the back of the tank, also the bottom of the tank, kind of rests on the bar stool cross-bar, so i am going to try it for now, and if it ends up snapping i will try some straps.

Where did you get the bumpers?

To cool man, it's going to be a hell of a ride when you get done with it. I tried a couple different shifters and for me it was a little awkward with the shifter up on the stool, so I moved it down to the foot peg.

the bumpers are custom, made of 1'' round tube
