Rubicon,
Send me the photos and your mpeg file to support@barflyracers.com and I will convert them for you.
I can open up mpeg files and make them smaller for the site if you have one.

Rubicon,
Your a lucky person. I called my local drag strip and sent them a photo of my BSR and they would not allow me to run it due to insurance stuff.
I do not understand the big deal, they race karts out there and have the Jr. Dragsters running the track..

Mike its not a matter of insurance its a matter of they dont want you out there taking uo there precious time. We are allowed to run here at our track but only on friday nights from 8 till midnight for the test and tune or grudge matches or what ever the hell its called. We also have the jr's and the karts which are allowed to run and the funny thing is our bsr's are quicker than most of the karts and some of the jr's. Our big mods are turning consistent 9's at 66 mph and the stockers are turning 13's at around 50 in the 1/8. Hell the fastest jr we saw 8.40 and a 12 year old girl was running it.
Its a simple manner that the track owners told us they simply dont want us there because people get the idea they can put an engine on any ole piece of junk and come race. Im with FOKAI, im going to build a drag stool and take it out and straight line the hell out of it on friday nights, when we start outrunning the open jr's and our safety specs meet and or exceed those mandated by N.H R A. or I.H.R.A for the juniors, maybe we will be able to persuade the track owners and officers to allow organized stool drags at the track. Hell if I was a kid or a spectator, I would get a kick out of seeing some guy fly down the track on a barstool

You hit it....if it was about insurance they would not make you sign your life away when you enter the gate....the track owner here has operated the track for 2 generations...in the beginning it was located away from homes and caused little objection...now homes have built all around and neighbors complained of the noise to the city council...this resulted in limited hours...then more complaints to close the track...I hear that the owner said FINE!......NEXT WEEK I REPLACE MY ONLY INCOME WITH A DOZEN CHICKEN HOUSES....THEY DON'T MAKE A NOISE THAT CAN BE HEARD FOR 12 HOURS IN A WEEK....BUT THEIR SMELL IS 24/7...TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!!....Thats were I get to run....there is everything from pocket racers to atv's...dragsters and street racers....only one barstool!
