Most parts on a BSR come from go-karts so if U look how they are set up it is pretty much the same. Hope the pic will help.

On the axles you basically have your bearing hangers, and your brake disc and your sprocket. You can get both in one oiece or 2 piece, the 2 piece is either the disc or srockey and a hub (make sure they match) then you'll have your wheel hubs (make sure they match you bolt pattern on the rims) as far as size, everything has to match your axle size. Your length of axle just depends on the width you want the tires set at. The only pic I have is the one attached. I'm sure someone else has better pics if this doesn't help.

Every kart is diferent, you'll need to figure out what brake you want, set up mounting brackets for the caliper and cable (or what ever your using to actuate) Probably the best bet if you've never messed around with these is to get one of Mikes plans that runs you through step by step w/ his frame set up. This should give you a good understanding on how things are going to be set up.
