I Fabed the cover out of sheet steal, and it is removable, I had the plan in my head when I was out at sea last time, Did Alot of drawing, and when I got back on land I started cutting and bending, havent decided weater to put chrome flames on it or racing stickers. Like I said, Almost done, but I will back out at sea by next week for a month ( NAVY ) and Im sure I will come up with some ideas. Still need to come up with a wing idea for the rear, and hard lines for the hyd brakes, and braided fuel line, also, polish up the aluminum fuel tank, the list goes on and on.....

Hey Alrego, you can bend your brakes lines out of 3/16 brake line or stailess 3/16. Use the dasme fitting and furrels as with poly line. As far as line fuel line, you can spend the money to have them made or they make a line ........ cover????? that makes it look like braided line. You can pick it up at most auto parts stores. On the speedo, I was having problems with mine and it turned out to be the air gap btween the magnet and pick up

 Howzit altrego30, That is 1 of the nicest rides i've seen so far. All that i have seen is great but u are tops. Your steering setup is similar to how I'm making mine. Glad to see it is a good idea to make it that way. Where's your ship stationed at? I live not too far from Pearl Harbor. In fact i worked ther in the 70's. Anyway guy u keep up the good workIf it looks this good now it will look awesome later.

Hey everyone, Im Still out floating in the middle of the atlantic, of what joy, A couple of days left to go, when I get back on dry land I will post some pics from out here, see some cool stuff.
Anyway, if anyone knows where I can find some nice chrome accent parts for my BSR, point me in the right direction, cant realy surf the net out here, takes 10 minutes just to load this page. Slower than dial up, but at least its a conection with the outside world.
