Now I know out west they race these battery powered stools and they have certain specs, but are there any rules to say the height, width? We designed ours sat on it and drove it where it felt comphy and was able to get wheel! Beefing up the steering was a big must, and adding foot pegs was as well. While testing the prototype, I did however slide off the back and sat on my pipe! Well now I might just ebay this motor out! I ended up ripping 1/2 the exaust mount off!I could have someone tig it back but this motor was my back-up for my yard kart.Ok now is there any certain dim. you guys keep? Glenn:P

Glenn I'm just getting started onmine now. Just mocking everything up. The only thing that is standard on mine is the width of the fram, 15", which is the standard for the stools. I've asked Mike for some specs off his cuz I like the proportions of his. But I figured I'd make mine, like you said, where it is comfortable for me to ride and not worry about duplicatiing another one exactly. You can get the occicial specs off the NOBRA web site for the gas stools if you want.... I think they are posted on here somewhere too. Good luck and welcome.

The rule book states the following as far as specs go

Center of front axle to center of rear axle is 29" maximum, farthest outside of rear tire to farthest outside of rear tire is a max of 40", Minimum stool height must be 28" with a maximum of 2" of foam or padding. These rules are from the nobra website and are for racing applications only. I hope this helps you out
