Doc,
Looks good so far!! I used the same rearend that you are using (Peerless). A suggestion for the rearend is to place two bearings per side on the rear axle. The single bearing method places a great load on the brass bearings in the diff housing and will eventually cause premature wear. By using two bearing per side (spaced apart), you in essence form two separate axles, and little load on the diff. This especially will hold true if you use the diff to mount your sprocket and brake disc. Someday I'll post pic's but it is very similar to Rubicon barstool but he uses a Comet diff. Rubicon has some good pic's of his bsr rearend.

Sweet design!...ditto on the 2 extra bearings...also look @ bolting a brake disk to the other side of the diff housing....makes it compact and brakes both axles...looking @ the great work on th eframe you coild continue the motor mount tubing straight to the rear and support the extra 2 bearing hangers...good work!

:cool_dude: Awsome frame design. This is why I enjoy checking out this site. It gives a wide range of ideas to help others in their quest for the ultimate ride design. The curves makes it look endless. You will have a trick BSR when you're finished. Aloha from Hawaii :me:
