Hello guy's I am very new at this it wasn't until 1 week ago I decided I wanted to build a bar stool. There are no specifications. First thing you will need is a barstool. Next is a motor. Then 4 wheels and tires. Now your job is to connect these items together in the most creative way you can come up with. That's it!! You are on your own. Start thinking and creating..........Terry
