If you have XP, get XP Powertoys...http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx simple right click will bring up the resize menu then.
if in the stoneage, LOL, not XP, try http://www.mihov.com/eng/ir.html for his freeware resizer.
Not sure on MAC, but I'd guess we wouldn't even be having this conversation, LOL

i found the best way, was resizing them on Paint... its a bit old fashion but it does the job :thumb: all i do is i open up Paint and drag my picture into Paint. if i want resize i press 'Ctrl+A' this will select all, then go to the bottom right-hand corner of the picture and the cursor will change into an arrow thing then drag the cursor into the middle... For the the pixel size, keep the left hand button press down and look in the far bottom of the screen and the should bee numbers i.e 90x99............... make sure you keep this numbers under the required limit ( 640X480 )
