I saw the pics of the other wagons and thought I should build one for my own. Used alot of the parts off of my barstool when I upgraded it. Still a lot to do but it is getting close. Just thought I would share it with everyone.

I am using the same engine, clutch and gearing as I took off of my barstool when I upgraded so it should be around 30 mph. Building it for my daoughter who is 10 so I will probably put a throttle stop on it to limit it a little.

Nice wagon. Where do you seat? Over the engine?

You will get some kind of disease from having so much heat right infront of your pants :S

hey, I like your idea of using the foot pedals for the controls like on a gokart...
I noticed that you hung the motor down a little lower to make room for a honda clone engine... has anyone tried to put a TAV on a flyer wagon yet?

All it needs is paint now. Been driving it around the neighborhood. This thing is fast. My neighbor, the sheriff, clocked me at 36 mph. Painting this weekend. My 10 year old daughter has been riding it in the back yard and it pulls away from my barstool. Might have to change the rear gear to slow it down for her.

Nice job bro...just make sure you make her wear a helmet...just a little side G force and she´ll be on the ground.

Yep, she wears a helmet. She like a little daredevil. Hasn't came off of it yet but she will the way she drives.

Nice job... it looks great... Can you post some close up pictures of how you hooked up your gas and brake pedels? What color are you going to paint the frame? thanks...

I used cables hooked up to the gas and brake. Pivots thru a hole in the frame.
