4.5x10 tires sounds like hand truck tires that take a 4" rim.
Are these kart tires?

These are to be used on the front? If so , use a 4.5x5 wheel....if used on the rear use a 5.5x5 wheel... Wheels and tires are not cheap......But the correct wheel and tire combo will make all the difference in how your BSR will handle.....even if you are going only 30 mph.........Snakester

THEIR GOING ON THE FRONT. GOT 12s FOR THE REAR. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HELP. I'D HEARD YOU NEED TO GO 1/2" LARGER ON THE RIMS.

I always liked the front wheel and tire to be the same width and the rear wheel to be 1" wider than the rear tire.....It not only looks really cool but, helps w/ traction and control especially on short and wide BSR's. I received a new set of wheels and tires today...Front wheels and tires are 6x6 and the rear wheel is 9x6 and the tire is 8x6...I am going for the real wide look...I am still waiting for most of my parts , I have almost finished fab on frame , will post some pic's when it is a roller. thanks, we'll know what size rim to wrap the skins on. show some pics when you can. son-in-law and i are working on ours but it's slow. got useless other things like bills to pay first.
