Are you sure you have an american bolt pattern hub?
American bolt pattern hubs will fit most wheels ex. Douglass, VanK, Circle, Burris etc...
Do the bolt holes not line up or are the bolts to big for the rim?

I think i worded it wrong, adn im really sorry. The bolt pattern is correct. The problem i have is that on the end of the hub, the part that slips into the wheel is too large. Not the tapered side, the other side.
On a side not i ended up jurying up my rear wheels today and i took my BSR to a car show today. I couldnt believe how many people wanted it! Once i finish this one i think i might have to start selling rollers.....

Douglas runs a smaller bore on all there wheels. Might have to machine the lip donbw just a bit on your hub. OR!!!! you have a severly egged hole in the center of your wheels

YEP! you were right. I figured this out almost a month ago. I bought these rims off a kid that races go karts. So i had to get special hubs made for a 40mm axle, then i had to machine a 40mm spacer with a 1in. hole in it so it slid over my axle.
