What a ride....I need to make some changes to the front alignment, kind of scary at speed. I have it gear for about 25 mph at 4500 rpm.
The front is light and will wheelie at will, need a wheelie bar (found that out the hard way...:dizzy: ). Also, need to stiffen up the upright for the steering shaft, to much flex for me...
Thanks to all for the comments.!!

Much better pictures... what color will you be painting it? Mabey some kind of support from under the seat to the upper part of the shaft would help stabilize it better. Looks Good!

Here are the changes that I made after my first ride....I am still a little shakey on wheelies, but the wheelee bar helps, I may even raise it a little to get the front end higher.
The new steering support/foot rest is real stiff and removable. I can ride on the two side tires fairly easily coming out of a turn...
What do you guys think??

Is that the color or is that oxide?
Man you gotta take care of it if it is oxide!
Looks clean the rear wheel. And I can´t find the new steering support 8S
Get some vids for us =)

currently the color is the oxide that you see...I am still working on the fab side as I play with the thing...did you ever see the motorcycle that Jessie James did that the frame was done to look like rust? I was going to duplicate that naturally..just kiding, I will paint it once I am done with the fab.
The new steering support is a 1.25" dia, 0.120" wall round tube with bushings to locate the 5/8" steering shaft inside. It is welded to the cross tube between the foot rests which are welded to the main frame rails. Stiff enough to tilt the thing and ride on the side!!! And enough to pull the front for wheelies, rode one across the front yard last night...
Video coming soon???:hot:
