Just upgraded to hydraulic brakes, I have my complete mechanical setup for sale. This is for a 1" hub/disk, mechanical spring loaded caliper with nice pads, brake cable, and brake lever for 7/8-1" bars. I think I paid about $45 or so plus shipping for it all. Yes, everything needed is here. The key, IMHO, to the mechanical brakes is to get them adjusted properly. The only thing that will be needed, which any brake system will need, is an arm installed at the end of the brake cable to keep tension. I have attached pics of all, as well as a pic of my hydraulic setup. The reason I attached a pic of my new setup is because the mechanical setup was in the exact same place on the frame. Just bolted right up to the 1" square tube. Gixxer_mark has first dibs.
