Anybody have a hobart 210? Thinking about buying one and wanted some feedback on what you all think.

I don´t have one but Hobart is a good brand. Being the 210 you won´t regret it. Nice buy

The hobart 210 is the same as the miller 210. If you will take a close look you will see that hobart is made by miller. Just doesnt have all the fancy quirks as a miller. You will love the 210 or the ironman 250 either one. There both a good choice and very trouble free. Easy to maintain, easy to keep clean and they weld very nice

I have been using the old lincon 225 amp stick welder and I just was offered a Millermatic 250 with cart and Argon gas and 3 rolls of wire .035 and .30 aluminum for a 1000.00 dollars. It looks to be in great shape. He said I could come over and try it out and would show me how to weld with it. Does this sound like a good deal? Any input would help. I want to buy a Mig and learn how to use it!

The 251 bare is about 1400.00 new or so. The bottle depending on what size it is (a 171 im sure) is about another 200.00, the wire for .035 70s-6 is about a 100.00 each, and the roll of aluminum is about the same. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Go try it and maybe he can give you some pointers on mig welding as well. Good luck and BUY THAT WELDER lol
